[FIX] vista users for pserver

Ok this has been working for me my game doesnt crash no more at login screen


1. go in your Dekaron Folder

2. go in the Bin Folder ( C:\Program Files\Dekaron\bin )

3. Now Double click dekaron.exe ( yes you will get a error thats ok )

4. on the error click the button in bottom left corner ( it closes )

5. now go to the minilauncher.exe run it like normal and game should not crash at login screen

Well i do this every time and it works but if i dont it crashes at login screen mabey its just luck for me if not its a fix , if it works let me know
