Darkorbit Error on OLD account

Hey,

I have a old account I have not played on in years. Maybe 2-3 years.

I sometimes get error /indexInternal.es?action=externalHome&loginError=13
And sometimes error /indexInternal.es?action=externalHome&loginError=99

Anyone know what it means? Ban or not?

I also wrote to support and they say I need to give them my ship name, I don't remember it lol! Is there any way to get the shipname only with my login details?

Hey,

Try to find in u'r email adress if you got payment confirmation mail with u'r informations about u'r nickname, etc...

Or juste find old email from DarkOrbit / Bigpoint to try to find informations about account, just find u'r user ID and u'r server they will found u'r account
