Hey i bought an darkorbit acc but when i play,theres sometimes somebody who logged into my do acc but i havent the bigpoint acc of this darkorbit acc
can anyone halp me to cut the do acc from the bigpoint acc

please help me

i write to support but they want my id card
so i dont give him my id card
what other way can you tell me

What?? you don´t have the "bigpoint account" of your do account?
And someone is logging in your account? This might seems a silly question but changing password isn´t an option?

man if the do acc is linked to an bp acc you dont need the new pw. and his problem is that his bought account is still linked to bp and he want it to get removed but he cant send an mail to bp cuz they want his ID Card and that could maybe cause a ban because the account got sold/bought.

I don't think there's any other way to get rid of the linked account...

There isn't any way to cut off the connection from your DarkOrbit Account and the BigPoint Account. Only the support can do it.
