Looks like it's just a visual update, I made a new account under vnz proxy and it gave me the cheap prices like it did on the old payment page.

I know that. But I meant would it affect banking as a venezeula? For example- Would the country stay fixed

No, if u pay now 1 time with the right Country, the Payment will be your right Country.

Wenn ihr nun Bankt, per Paypal oder sonst was wird am nächsten Tag wieder auf das normale Land zurückgesetzt, bei uns Deutschland eben.

Auch wenn man kein Venezuela Account besitzt sondern aus einem anderen Land wird dieser dann auch zurückgesetzt, also auf Deutschland? Mal angenommen ich hätte ein Account seit 2011 auf Russland Payment eingestellt ist und jetzt banke, wird dieser zurückgesetzt auf Deutschland?

stimmt nicht^^ mein freund lebt in venezuela und ich war noch nie in mein acc drinne da ich auf sein teamwiever mich einlogge und ab und zu banke ( bis der 40 mio uri hat)

es wird dann erst gewechselt egal mit welchen paymethode sobald du deutsche ip drinn warst egal mit proxy oder ohne

Und was stimmt nun explizit daran nicht? Ich hab doch gesagt sobald du mit der Deutschen IP Adresse drin bist, egal ob Proxy oder nicht wird es wieder aufs Deutsche Payment zurückgestellt.

Wenn du einen neuen Account erstellt, mit Venezuela den Payment bereich abrufst, kannst du bis zu einem Tag mit USD ( also für lau ) einkaufen.
Wenn du in Venezuela einkaufst ist es doch klar das es nicht auf Deutsch umgestellt wird.
