man google is your friend, use it, there is a lot of tutorials how to change ip or how to use proxy, here no one will give you any proxy

meh you have to play with a Venezuelan IP to keep it now so its pointless unless you make it on MHH and buy 15mill uri straight away or you live in venezuela :P
