Help with my server

Hi !

Im Eduardo Leon, i create a server in my vps (Windows server 2008 - 64bits) but i got this error:

Warning: fsockopen(): unable to connect to 111.67.13.14:1207 (No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. ) in C:\xampp\htdocs\dorps\sockets\Class.Emulator.Updat er.php on line 20

I think you're using manulaiko's DORPS. Just open the emulator and it should work I think.

Make sure you port forward port 8080
