It changes the colors of the pixels so the bot can determine if it's a box or not easily but it runs through a proxy & so some ppl say it's not safe.

Look at page 27 what i wrote: "Only 1 you have to change in your Dark Orbit Settings set the Bonus Box Details to Good/High."

working now, you should update the first post and say the boxes have to be at max in big, colored and capital letters

ps: in less than 10 mins it has opened a menu, and just keeps opening and closing, until the full screen is loaded with menus

They haven't been programmed into the bot, so they are not available as options yet.
