And considering as we are considered players (many of us have made payments) not beta testers, of course we're going to be critical if we want to enjoy the game.

1 owner/admin/support/developer isn't enough to run a server with 100+ active players.

Why are you posting this twice? Anyway, don't try to use special characters maybe when you make a new account?
Hope it helped! I do not know if my information is right but try to use just regular characters on the keyboard, instead of using "special" characters.
