which host I use to host the files? of which
do you use? ovh? have to be dedicated or vps
can be classic?

It's your decision. If you want a little server use an VPS. If you want to have a big server with many application (emulator, website, chat, rcon, cronjobs etc.) then choose the dedicated root server.

With a stable emulator you just need about 2GB RAM and 2x2,4GHz CPU afaik.
If you have more money to spend, buy a better one. But this should fit perfectly.
Took a look at ovh. I guess you mean one of these:
Take this atleast Classic 2 (or better):

It's a bug of the theme, it works fine with "BlackEye" theme, I need to add the TOS page to the "default" theme

Why don't you load a css file for each theme instead of loading all pages for each theme ?

How i can change color of toolbar? now it's green but i wanna colors of original DO, any can tell me how i can change?
