Click Start
If Windows 7 type in 'Clean'
Select 'Disk Cleanup'
Choose your hard drive
Tick All Boxes
Click 'OK'
Click Start Again...
Type '%Temp%'
Press Enter
Highlight everything (Press CTRL+A) then press Delete
If anything cant be deleted, just press SKIP
Click Start
Right Click > My Computer > Properties
Click Advanced System Protection
Go To Advanced Tab
Performance Section
Click Settings
Select 'Adjust For Best Performance'
IMPORTANT Tick only this 3
>Enable Aero Peek
>Enable Desktop Composition
>Enable Transparent Glass
Click OK...Wait
