Just re-did some code so I can make the AI use emp's and instashields. (Not implemented yet tho) Also did some more minor bug-fixes. Currently working on re-doing a lot of code to implement the usage of language files(The way they're supposed to work)
New features:
-Botters; (Some AI now have botting behaviors, e.g. not shooting at other ships, running to gate when attacked)

-Fixed a bug where sometimes you wouldn't see the locking circle on your target
-Fixed a bug where the AI wouldn't use all ships

That's because I made the Alpha, Beta, Gamma and Delta gate. I've said before I wasn't going to add zeta/epsilon in 5.1 yet. However, Manulaiko decided to make the zeta code and during some tests (as you can see) the code turned out to be buggy and was scrapped anyway.
