They wouldn't, or should I say can't... because that is A- against their own terms and conditions, B- any unofficial communication (eg. via skype) is against the law and no legal action can be taken via it, C- if they ban my accounts without first issuing a warning or without taking the proper legal routes, I can sue, and they wouldn't like that D- I have a dynamic IP E- Its the legal system, if they did that before issuing any sort of cease and decist orders, then they would ruin any case they would have in court as they didn't follow any proper legal route, meaning, if they did that, I would win any cases against me in court.
