So, you can be notified when a DO event starts wherever you are.
It can send you email warnings to any email address. But to send emails the program needs a valid gmail account - of course you can always create a new one for this purpose.

It's annoying when you miss a Mega Happy Hour or any specific event of your server. This simple tool may help you.
While running in the background this program warns you when a specific event starts in Dark Orbit.
It needs a valid DarkOrbit account to work!
Happy Hour is just one example, you can use this tool for any kind of event

How it works?

This is a very-very-very simple tool. It is running in the background logs in to your account every hour than logs out. The program is searching for a specific string (text) in the html source code of the main page - for example search for the text 'Two for the price of one' to get warned of Happy Hour. This text can be anything given by you on your own language. When the text is found (so the event started) a window pops up to warn you. You get an audible warning as well or be alerted by email.
How to install?
---------------
Move the downloaded exe file into a directory of your choice and start it. That's all.
How to use it?
--------------
1. After starting the program you get a setup window. Here you can input your login info. Don't forget to check if it works - push the check login info button. You'll see how the automatic login procedure works.
2. Add five different texts (events) you want to watch. The program remembers all of the setting so you don't need to retype them every time you start it. There are checkboxes prior to each search line, while a line is unhecked the news wather is not looking for it.
3. To start watching Dark Orbit just click on the START button. The program minimizes itself to the tray and runs in the background.
4. To exit the progam right click on its tray icon and select exit.
How safe it is?
---------------
The program logs in as you do, types username and password, pushes the login button and selects the server as you would do it manually... but it's doing it in an invisible browser window. There are no pockets, not TCP sending... no risk. This is completely safe.
