But if you buy things with uri, you will get -uri and then you can't buy anything till you got +uri ... but, why am i telling you this? Just have a look into the List of the Bugs in u UG

i think i no ho to make uri go back up really i m sure of it i now how to get -uri and -uri is just as easy
