at the forum DO announced that the Pusat Sandstorm Design has a 10% drop chance at alpha, beta, gamma gates. However you were getting design for sure. So at the first try you were getting the design and for the other tries it was giving you 10k more uri each gate. So it had 100% drop chance.

I'm pretty sure Sandstorm Pusat was the one dropping for me.
