also erstmal: Es gibt nicht nur einen support via yahoo sondern ebenfalls via skype ( habe ich allerdings auch eher durch zufall herausgefunden).

2. Ich hatte genau das gleiche Problem auch schon ca. 10 mal dann musst du einfach warten es kommt doch immoment eh alle 10 Tage ein neues update raus.

hatte das auch öfters mal.. da bleibt dir leider nix anderes übrig als zu warten auf ein update (war bei mir so)
