Weird mouse bug

Hello,

Yesterday my game worked all fine, but today a weird bug appeared. My sensitivity is 400 DPI / 2 / 1000 HZ. When I join a Server it is like I am using 8000 DPI / 20 sens and I have no idea why. However, when I use m_rawinput once it suddently gets very very slow, feeling like 400 DPI 0.5 sens. I tried Half Life 2 and I have the same there, so I switched my mouse from my Rival 300 Fade to G500s, still the same result, so I tried non-valve games(Combat arms, Far Cry 3 and 4) and everything is fine. Has anyone a clue what to do? I already checked all I can think off.
