CSS Config Problem

Hey, ich habe ein neuen Pc und habe mir Counter Strike Source heruntergeladen und dort hatte ich glaube auf ein mal eine Movie Maker Config drinnen. Ich konnte mit den Tasten F5 - F8 aufnehmen. Aber ich habe mir keine Movie Maker Config heruntergeladen. Ich hatte eine auf den alten Pc, aber ich habe mir ja css zum ersten mal auf den neuen Pc heruntergeladen. Oder ist das einfach eine neue Funktion von css das man dort mit f5 -f8 aufnimmt?

Kennt jemand das Problem und kennt eine Lösung?

Hab ich schon 2 mal gemacht und 3 mal CSS komplett neu heruntergeladen. Steam lädt automatisch die Config von mein alten Computer runter.
