Die Plugins hast du aber schon installiert?
Die konsole öffnest du über Steam -> Bibliothek-> CS:S -> Eigenschaften -> Startoption festlegen
dort "-console" reinschreiben.

kann mir das mal einer genau erklären, ich versteh das nicht mit den opencommand dings da, ich hab jetz das anti plugin gesaugt und in addons ordner rein, lss oder wie auch immer gesaugt und in addons ordner, wie speichert man das teil als lua? und was genau muss ich dann in die console eingeben?
