Yes it is needed, especially when you don't change the size...

The size of a packet is the first byte, in the case of the packet you're trying to send there, the size is 18 (hex obviously, so it's 24 bytes long in denary).
As for sending, yes that is the way to send packets, in that case makehex2 is converting the data to raw hex (what the server needs it to be), txa is the time part of the packet, accid is obvious really, your characters unique ID.
The packet ID 'F2 03' controls things like jumping, teleporting etc and I guess mining if that's what it's doing there.
Edit: If you don't understand the packets, you might be better off trying to build functions into crack, or a version of qoproxy first, before attempting to fix up a clientless bot, because things are much easier to test and re-test when you can see the effects.
Edit 2: If you're looking at mining, you may want to look at the 'player appeared' packet.
Every time a player OR monster comes into range of your character you'll receive a packet with the ID 'F6 03'.
In this packet you can get: The player/monsters ID from the 5th to 8th bytes, pk points from the 14th byte, length of player/monsters name from the 67th byte, and the name from the 68th to 68 + name length bytes, and the x, y co-ords from the 53rd to 56th bytes, by analysing this packet you can easilly make a auto-dc function and even allow for certain names.

thanks i wasent even sure if i was sending the functions right, atleast i know im on the right path. You seem to know what your talking about,so the main reson for wanting the sacob to work is basicly to run it with v3n0m and autohunt and autoloot, will that work(basicly able to lvl/hunt with no cpu usage)

EDITED:
...I just remembered you were using a clientless bot, so as long as your program is set up the same as the game client is, and configured to connect through venom it should work.
However I would still say your best bet (in the long run) will probably be to learn about the jump (F2 03) packets, the attack/skill packets (FE 03), the item drop/loot packet (4D 04) and the appear packet I mentioned in my last post.
With all that it shouldn't be hard to put a basic auto hunter/looter into either crack or sacob and you then have control over everything (You know how the program is going to act etc and also, when it needs updating there won't be any problems if queen decides to stop work on venom)

I just hope that Some one does something to the noobs around here (I am one big noob in Programin) inspite of all the leechers and beggers around here. I know that the most active for Noobs Currently are Joek and Queen of Evil. And I urge you to be a noob activist too.

Does it log in alright? As for the sync packet, the function requires no extra dlls other than the one containing the timeGetTime function (used in 'txa'), which is already a part of windows.

Well I have got it to work and I've added bunch of commands and stuff, the thing is this bot doesn't seem to be secure, after walking around with it a bit it got botjailed :/ so I don't know wth. I thought it was supposed to be Botjail secure not the same like bjx.

If you get botjailed a lot, then there is probably a problem with the bot check reply function, that or you're sending lots of incorrectly formed packets, or possibly trying to force move into a position you can't reach (for example jumping across half a map a few times).

Ah yea the x,y cords wont refresh for you since that packet isn't uptodate aswell.
And someguy I figured it would be either the botcheck or that I sent run/walk packets to fast, but nothing was wrong with them anyway just that I spammed them like crazy haha. I tested later on if that was the case and it seems the botcheck works.

By the way if anyone wants to play with packets here is a good site to get started with.
http://sectools.org/packet-crafters.html
and look around the site good stuff. please note I'm not advertising since I don't own or belong to that site, but it is filled with useful tools that I'm sure many can use and appreciate.
Enjoy =D
