Water doesnt get double xp anymore?

Hi was just wondering, cuz my water reached 70+ (promoted already) and he still doesnt get double xp even though a totally noob char (lvl 10) was in team....

They still do get again log off and back that should help

you do get the bubble exp untill lvl 73

70-73 Birdmen
from 73 you get double xp in Alien apes or Hawking
