Could sum1 plz tell me where to find the roamer (whip skill) dds files i want to edit them because im using whips (dont ask y plz) and since if i find out where the roamer files are i cud prolly find the effects for the other weapons so i can edit those to ill contribute the edited effects when im done.
If there isnt dds files for the effects sum1 plz tell me where and how i can edit them.
