DL glitch

i remember reading on a thred here once that there was a glitch to get more then 4 or 5 dls, but i tried searching about 10-15 different terms/phrases and got nothing. so for you who know what i'm talkin about, and if the glitch is hasnt been fixed yet, can you tell me how to do it?

kick a dl and get them to log strait off then back in, once they are back on you can make as many dl's as you like, however you can't make any more dl's after without kicking as many as needed to get it below 5 then doing this trick again :?
