lol it definitely works
you get a lot exp from killing higher lvl red and black names
lol i was 105 and killed a lvl 112 black named trojan and got 5+ pct :P (but the trojan lost like 10 pct XD) so yeah it's better if it's red cuz then it doesn't lose pct as fast as black name

It's kinda stupid IMO
waters level 110+ get plevel slower than warriors level at 110+ (both having same equips/qualities/sockets)
For the water to get plvled to 99% at 110, you would need.. level 125+ archer, at least 7 super rains, and at least 8 super drags on the archer to do it efficiently.. This is gaining about... 15% per hour for the water
A level 110 warrior, leveling independently, (NO ARCHER NEEDED), with 8 SDG or SRG.. Gains about 50% per hour

If you use Sunfer to put a price on their head before hand, then take the job, the XP loss is lot greater, but, I don't know if the XP gained is in proprtion.
I say this because, normally, when you get PKed you lose a percentage of your next level XP which means that you can never lose it all and so would need to level the "donor" back up again when his XP got real low. However, when you are pked by a bounty hunter, your XP can actually go negative. So is it possible to just keep putting on a bounty on the water and killing it over and over again so his XP becomes ridiculously negative but you still get the XP from it??

Are you sure you accually gain the negative exp? Cause i think you dont gain anything but the other person still goes into negatives.

before
: level 100 archer - 11.420 pc
: level 62 water tao - 40.825 pc
after
: level 100 archer - 11.420 pc
: level 62 water tao - 36.257 pc
is there a typo error or your archer didn't gain any xp at all?
