i`m curious of the result, if it turns out that chrome is not leading technical support i will make sure actions are taken in that direction.
Quality support is something i care a lot for actually, my free teamviewer licence is done and you may ask anyone with access to our staff section of the client support things i lobby.
I do however believe that people should understand how something works and how to make it work because that helps them in the long run and makes them better at what they are trying to achieve. I make sure they get the information needed and if they turn out to be completely useless i do it for them.
No, this is not biased. As a moderator yourself, you should value this information.
