What we need:

some PM's that are very expierienced and know some good things

a root or 24/7 host.

hopely no Hamachi.

Drop Rates about DarkDevilsEO

Levelingrates normal

Composerates like HexEO

Someone who are trustfully and know something and hopely much about the databases

a very, very, very, very, very, very, very goood account and pass
a good npc, msg and acc server.

1-2 weeks testing phase for bugs.

a nice Homepage (not so like freewebs.com/server, its good like a page from the root if we can get one)

RegisterPage(red design)

RankingPages(Legions, players, eudemons)

Forums (Making Signature, avatar...)
