Weapons LVL

I wonder if a water (non-rb) with lvl 12+ at club (i mean weapon lvl) that didn't learned rage, after rb he will still have lvl 12+ at club, or jumps to lvl 12+ after lvl 7?
I know it is true for a rb to 2rb char, but with the skill learned. If some1 try-ed it, it can post here
P.S.: I just wanna have a 2rb tro that has lvl at club fixed.

when u rb u have to get back to lvl 7 on the weapon proficiency before it'll epiphany back to lvl 12. it may epiphany at lvl 6. can't remember.

In theory, it should work. I'm not entirely sure, but it has potential. Never tried it out myself though.

I'm almost positive that it will work.
Just level it to 6/7 and it will jump to 12.

It got a Chance to jump up in any lvl, the rates are high.

Not correct, they wont be reseted just set down untill you get the half way as i said you got a chance to get it back up same after 2sc rb.

u don't lose weapon skills or special effects, it just temporarily goes to zero till u lvl it half way (most of the time). i have seen it take more than half the lvl proficiency and sometimes less than half. so don't freakout.
