Weapons 130....How?

Hi all,
i have a cool poisin blade Super 2Soc lvl 110
i want to make this blade 130

Is there any glitch to make the blade 130 for less DBs?
do io relly MUST use 11 DBs to make the blade 130?
is there any way to bypass some upgrades? for exemple from lvl 123 to 126 with 1 Db.....

any tips will be helpfull

On most servers there are people willing to trade weapons for lower / higher level versions with the same stats. Just find somone that will trade a blade with the same stats but thats level 130.

Rather than waste money and time upgrading my archers bow I just traded the 120 one for a 130 one.
