How to make Itemtype?

Some people make always new Itemtype's

Can somebody tell me how they make that, because I want make my own with Refenid Unique Elite and Supers with caps. so I can see it faster etc.

Hope someone post a tool to make itemtype :P

where you met up your gears in market you can also better your item type at the same place, however i wouldnt advise it it cost quite a bit (db's)

I think they are talking about a file that shows ref, uni, elite and sups. on the ground.
