[Buying] Docker / Game client isolation

I have a game where basically they are banning all my accounts in a row due to all have same HWID im searching someone thath can isolate my bots in dockers, i know its possible due to other people in my same community are doing it but obviusly, they dont want to give it for free and they are not interested in selling due to im direct compeptitor.

Points.
1-Docker needs to have GUI.
2-Windows OS Host.
3- The docker in some way needs to interact with the HOST due to the bot has 2 parts(where you put your settings etc) and the client part.
4-Game client just run under windows. and bot also. so needs to be all windows based.
