If this is one of your best then I'd have to say you need more practice.
Make it more original.
Do something to it that will make it completely unique.

its pretty nice but wont match dragonball name then if u madeit for ur private server just make the name lighning not dragon BALLZ keep it up and try to add some texture

I didn't break the rules.
It would have been different if I said something like, "Lame edit you suck!"
