Editing DDS Files (How-To)

when someone want it... thats te black/gold trojan-male 120 armor... here we go... put the file in conquer/c3/texture

Thanks for the help. Im having trouble finding the lv 110 armor .DDS for all male/female trojans and warriors. I've browsed through all the .DDSes and found mostly male/female lv 120 armors.

ive known how the dds files work for a while now but i only see some. i have a few monsters, npcs, hairstyles, and all colors of a low level tao robe... but thats it. i have to wonder if they might be hidden files? but i forgot where to find the place to make hidden files show up xD any help would be greatly appreciated

nevermind, i found the button but there arent any hidden files or folders (not surprised)... i looked in the co2 folder and there are more textures, but it still doesnt have all of them. is there another folder i should look in other than c3/textures?

whip.club folder in Effect folder for lvl 120 clubs is the 149.dds file i think

the freaky orange-glow ****** me off, so I changed it, kinda easy

for example the clubs lvl 120 "*\c3\Effect\whip.club\480139. dds"

btw, where is the "hercules-effect" cant find it...and the superdragon-effect

EDIT: What did you use to edit the dds files with again, I know its been posted but I want to get right into this..

hehe ^^ was not really my idea, a friend of my cousin working on it too, and I love FF7 especially sephi, so I started to make one too... will be nice

yes, it would be nice to change the superdragon effect :P it sucks lol

and i dont see herc in the co2 folder, but in co1 its zf2-e251 onward
