Interface problem

since the new patch, I've been having some interface issues, whenever I use the hot-keys for the interface, it somehow bugs, and the status interface either doesn't appear or doesn't disappear. I've searched for other threads about this, but haven't been able to find anything, could anyone please help?

Well my only guess is that you re-install the skin, because it looks like some files are missing

the old and new versions don't match up... plus that skin is way unfinished
