I decided that this forum doesn't deserve or appreciate my work and I am not going to support it by releasing/maintaining my work and generating traffic for it.
I've been converting some of these programs to English in my free time on Chained, but I can't seem to easily convert this one. I'm having problems extracting the resource file from the executable. What a shame. Any luck on your end?
Not really, I managed to unpack the exe but the import table is messed up and has a lot of invalid imports and the only way to fix them is manually one at a time and that takes time that I don't really have. so it's not worth the trouble for me. maybe someone else will do it idk.
I put some effort into translating too, I noticed the whole window is drawn with dx8. When I'm done with Throne I could work on a injection using SlimDX in C#, draw overlays for translations. Can't get pointers for the data containers, but the toolbar is doable.

Suche einen simplen Text Editor und/oder Viewer, bei dem (es eine Einstellungsmöglichkeit gibt, mit der) die aktuelle Zeile in der man schreibt in einer Farbe markiert ist.
So, dass ich immer mit dem Pfeiltasten runter gehen kann, und die Markierung in der Zeile immer mitgeht, je nachdem, welche Zeile gerade benutzt wird.

I coded this half year ago, but I didn't find any more free time to develop it more.
it's helper tool that might help you understand how cq_action works, however it's not fully done and only few action types are implemented.
I will give source code to anyone who is interested in it and wants to make it usable for editing/adding/deleting/whatever of the cq_action.
usage: just fill up the fields on the top of the window with mysql user/pass/host-name.
