Requirments:
-Common sense to know what UID, Mob, NPC, Map, X, Y etc. is
-Net Framework 2.0 or above

Note:
This application was created in Visual Studio C# 2010 with target net framework 4 original and then I made the net framework down to 2.
Also just skip the maintaince/downtime part as u dont got it coded in ur source.

It wasnt much work at all.
I just didnt want to finish it, so released it.

to add npcs, mobs and edit config faster, then entering the whole folder.

Net framework will be at least 2,0 needed.
