[Release] DBC File Editor

Hey guys this is exactly what it says. I haven't fully tested this but I have changed a couple of things around in the source. This should work for 5165. If it doesnt tell me and I will edit some more and try and get it fully working.

This was not originally released by me and I cant remember the name of the person who did release this. Hopefully people will use this and release their work to the community.

I will not help people out with this. It is a very simple program to use.

Anyone who wants the source please PM me and I will decide on who gets the source from me.

No credits to me please.

Like I said this "Should" work. If it does not please do not flame I will release the source to public and someone can edit it and figure out why its not working. But it works for me tis all I am saying.

Just got informed that it is not working properly.
Below is the source you can download freely.

To open these files. Run the application and click on ArmorDBC to INI.
Select the DBc file you want to edit form the folder provided.
Change what you want to change and then in that same window click Guardar. This is the save button. To save to INI just click save.. To save to DBC Guardar button. Then click save as type and point it to All Files*.*.
Then place a .dbc file extension onto the end of the file name a voila you have a DBC file.

Yeah well at least people can try and make their own edits now. I think there should be a new section though for P.Server edits.. Would clean this place up a bit. Just a sticky or something would be good.

On the plus side I cant wait to see what people do to mess up the edits. Will be funny to watch I think. lol

killersub beware (: theres 1 bug. which it only open armor.ini / armor.dbc and it doesnt open 3Deffect or such. trying to figure out O: matt went to shower and gonna go out soon o.o

People are saying this is not working 100%. I did mention that this might not work.
I did not write this as I said and cannot guarantee that it will work 100%.

lmao works on armor.ini and armor.dbc so it means you can add armor i think on others i will try later curently im coding PK Tourny i will release it

and seein the releases that would be using dbc files would not really be edits they would be released in here would they not.

Like I said guys it doesnt work 100% work will have to be done on it for people to use it properly. Also I said I can't remember where I got this from. I found it on my hard drive I never use it thought I would release it.

From the feedback I have got from some people I know that you can only edit the armor files. You can say there goes the neighborhood but I know about 99% of people that come here just like to leech whats already out. If they have to do work they wont do it.

I know releasing this will help some more "pro" coders as you have to change some of the source to make it work properly. Most people wont know where to begin and will probably end up messing up their source using it..

Taking all of this into consideration was it so bad of me to release something that needs quite a bit of work and tlc done to it? I have said it once and I will say it again..... People that cant code all too well will not be able to use this. This is just mainly a base for someone to work off.
