[Release] DBC File Editor

Seems to work fine for me, i convert to ini. Then edit it manually - load the ini and convert back to dbc. Then use the dbc reader to make sure its all fine.

#EDIT: Okay so heres the problem, weapon.dbc and armor.dbc work fine. The rest do no work because they are using the same "template" as weapon.dbc. However files such as 3Dtexture.ini do not use this template. So when you convert the DBC to ini ir no longer works.

Maybe the ini reader doesnt support the other ini templates if I read that right, Ill take a look later. How hard can it be?

Anyone get this working in 5165? I'm tempted to pick up coding my server again and add some stuff I've designed in Maya and 3dsMax that I would love to see in game.
