And since im not using it more, then here is it.
I hope you will like it.

(This source is made by me with some of the releases from epvp)

How to run it:

1:
Setup server like normal.
use "coproj" as batch file

2.
Open your client folder
Put the files from "FOR CLIENT"
in "ini" folder.
Or else the npc's will be showed wrong.

Commands:

Player Commands:
/stamina - if stamin dont go up, you can use this command
/prof - learning you any weapon proficy
/level - makes you lv135
/dm - join deathmatch game, if is open
/skills - learning you the needed skills
/stats - puts 450 in all stats
/website - opens website
/forum - opens forum
/rich - gives you money
/cash - gives you money
/w - sends worldchat message
/info - sends developement info
/online - shows whos online
/revive - revives you
/tournamentstatus - shows if there is a tournament online
/changesize - changes your size
/update - updates & saves your character

VIP Commands:
/vipclub - sends you to vipclub
/wh - opens tc warehouse
/tourny - sends you to tc, if there is a tourny
/vipout - sends you out of vipclub, if you are in it
/gw - sends you to gw, if gw is open


MOD Commands:
/kick - kicks a player
/unstuck - unstuck a player
/warning - sends a warning to a player
/recall - recalls a player
/goto - teleports you to a player
/botjail - botjail a player
/rules - sends the rules to a player
/scroll - scroll to any place

GM Commands:
/model - change your model
/rev - revives you
/level - change your level
/ - gives you 250%stamina
/ban - bans a player
/gm - changes you to the blue thing
/item - make any item
/mm - teleport to any place
/smale - change you to smale
/bmale - change you to bmale
/sfemale - change you to sfemale
/bfemale - change you to bfemale

Admin Commands:
/changename - changes your name
/c - sends admin message
/xp - activates xpskills
/mob - create a mob that can kill players, but players cant hit it
/newname - change another players name
/forumadm - opens forum administration
/database - opens the database
/webadm - opens the website administration
/mail - opens the mail
/release - releasing one from botjail
/job - changes your job
/kill - kills a player
/cpsrmv - removes your cps
/killmap - kills a certain map
/nuke - nuking twincity
/serverrestart - restarts the server

It works perfectly directly, but you will need to batch the file right.
Make sure your database is named "coproj"
and you are using UTF-8
If you can't run directly from the exe file in debug,
then try debug it from c#.
