Simple registration form for

No

I want to add/remove fields, how do I do that?
Add/Remove fields in index.php

In "includes\models\Account.php"
Add/Remove the properties,
Add/Remove the validations in the function validate()

In "includes\classes\Register.php"
Add/Remove the assignment of values to the properties in the function handleRegistration()

Can this also be used for updating the existing values?
Yes, have a look at how the registration is handles and instead of calling insert() you can call update()
Note: You will most likely have to modify the update query.

I couldn't even check it out til now 'cuz my VPS is down and I'm still learning C# programming so I have no time for testing web pages, I thought that I was done with this part but I'm thirsty to learn more about PHP coding also. :3

You probably don't have short open tags on, enable it in your php.ini

5.6.0 I have my own register page but I just wanted to check to see if after creating an acc with another register page I was able to create a character >.<

In index.php can you add:
error_reporting(-1);
before the require element?

Will look like this:

<?php
error_reporting(-1);
require "includes/initialize.php";
?>

This should show errors instead of internal server error.

If that fails can you add phpinfo(); as well and comment the require and tell me if PDO_MySQL is loaded or not.

I'm just going to give it a miss, I have server errors which I have no idea what is wrong even with redux I can't even debug the **** thing without errors *SIGH* So even if I get the register page working then it's all for nothing. I am able to access the webpage and add an account it just doesn't actually send the info and gives server error 500
