If you're trying to register for the server 2, (Check the address, it shouldn't start as "http://reg2.") then sorry, you need to pay for an account.

If you're trying to register for server 1 ("http://reg.") then no problem should occur as far as we know. Next time I strongly suggest you not to be bored and use your hands a bit more than the usual things you do.
