Now some unfortunate people usually get errors like these 2
GameServer Error

LoginServer Error


Now to fix these is really simple
Let's star with LoginServer fix Line 30

REMEMBER YOU MUST HAVE DONE THE ABOVE 3 GUIDES TO SETUP COEMUV2 OR YOUR DOING THIS FOR NOTHING BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT HAVE THESE ERRORS DUHH

Login Server Fix
Difficulty - 0

Make sure Login Server is your start up project to check that is look in Solution explorer and see if Login Server is a black bold color

If it is start up project it will look like this -

If it isn't right click LoginServer in the solution explorer and click "Set as StartUp Project"




Once you have Login Server as Startup Project push F5 and it will start to debug and there you go it's fixed!

If this guide does not fix the ABOVE PROBLEM then please tell me and I will make another guide for you "if i can"


Game Server Fix Line 31 and Line 34
Difficulty - 1

This one is a simple copy paste guys its not that hard. What I want ya to do is go into the loginserver <-- MUST BE LOGINSERVER'S FILES!!!! section
go to database and go to databaseconnection.cs Then highlight the codes below and copy it!!!!

Now once you have that code copied youre gonna go to gameserver - database - databaseconnection.cs and highlight the same code and replace it with the one you got from
login server.

Now it should look like this!

AFTER ITS FIXED -


Now Save your progress

Now make gameserver Startup Project LOOK ABOVE (Right click gameserver click Set as Start Up Project)
After its startup Project push F5 and it will debug your gameserver and there you go!! you fixed it

If this doesnt work make sure you saved what you've done and if it doesnt work still please post and I'll help fix it




Gosh dang finally its done... Just a reminder in gameserver make sure you save before you debug it

lol are you sure you followed the guide right?
the little area in databaseconnection.cs in the guide should look like this

            MySqlConnection C = null;
            try
            {
                C = new MySqlConnection("Server=" + SERVER + ";Database='" + DATA_BASE + "';Username='" + USER_NAME + "';Password='" + PASSWORD + "'");
                C.Open();
            }

Idk ive never seen that problem and dont get it myself.. Only thing I could think of is restart it or if you only get that while your debugging the game server while the gameserver loads everything just ignore it and see if it works.

hey, this guide is really good but i still have a problem with my log in server, i believe its somthing to do with line 30 as it seys but i don't know what to do to fix it lol, may i ask for your help on this one? =)

hehe, i fixed my last problem, everything works, but when i go to log onto the server (as in play it) it stop on "connecting to account server..." and thats all it does. any idea how to fix it?


hmm, it could be my client???

maybe i'll try downloading one of the clients from the 3 guides, maybe that'l help...
