5165 added a new system for client equipment. This guide will not work to add new items to 5165. Check around, there MAY be information on how to bypass it but as far as I know there is no public/easy way to add items to a 5165 server.

only way to add a "New item" well not really new is to change the lvl, name, damage etc, mesh, effect and texture of a lvl 130 item and make lvl 129 has the highest old item u can get has in a weapon view of point and for armor view u can have lvl 110 has da highest item u can get has a old item. I think u guyz know wat i am trying get in here rofl. BTW this is for 5165

Yes it means exactly that. I think it was around 5165 they brought out the DBC files. You have to use DBC editor to make new weapons and armors. Currently there is not a DBC editor released to the public. I might release one soon but doubtful.
