IMO it would be cool if these points were actually CPs. So when you kill someone you get CPs and such, it would create a good aspect of PvP

This can be improved further and further. Like those PVP tokens or what in WoW or anything. Maybe you could make it so you need X points for first rebirth. Lol, pvp servers would become fun with such things, and they aren`t hard to do
