Warlords Conquer PVP 5165 /LVL Server in development

This is an newly released PVP server(after previous releases didn't worked as i was expecting).
Version 5165
Talismans ,katanas and Bows not allowed!!!
All Players have commands , lvl 130 and 400 attribute points in each category, max items is +9 from commands from +9 up to +12 by pvp points
Nobility ranks by kills not by money
