Background Clicks

As of patch 5556/5557 the client blocks background clicks or am I being retarded? My AHK scripts don't work anymore.

how to click on background at ahk ?

ex i got from some code > ControlClick, x350 y760,ahk_id %id%,,right

it right click on coords (350,760) , ahk_id %id% < no idea , right for right click

how this click on background ?
