-Walljump

-FPS = 60

-Max FPS

-Steed Walljump

-Fast FatalStrike

-No Trojan Scanner

-Disabled Chat Tips

-Removed AFK Status

-Removed Signout Popup

-Removed the Flashing Taskbar

-Removed the "Please login Later" Msg

-Background Clicks Removed <-- THNX TO WARLAX

-Enabled PM Commands

This looks like on VirusTotal (if thats what they used) they dont have 100% up to date virus definitions. So this is a flase positive as far as i am aware. Many people have had this problem before and symantec was updated and the problem dissapeared. So when VirusTotal update Symantec again it should go.
