Best Leveling Server?

Im incredibly sick of all the servers where you get +16-21 items and you run around level 255 killing people :/

I miss the old Qonquer days :P but now Qonquer has gone downhill the the rates are gone as low as real conquer so my question is

Whats the most populated leveling server? I love servers where the rates are pretty high, then you run around hunting for gears and stuff. Just like real conquer with high rates.

The main reason i dislike conquer servers with rates like x9999 is because you get to level 130-130-130 in a hour and then you run around pking everyone whos trying to level, or you get bored easy and just quit ;l

no level servers are good, only requires u to donate ur *** off.

Qonquer has always been good. It's harder than most servers but it's stable so your work actually counts for something.

Note: I haven't really played it much in quite a while... but even when people were crying that gear was hard to get last time I played it still didn't take me long to make 2 2nd reb chars and stuff... I think I have a 2nd reb cyclone archer with a couple 2nd sockets and decent gear...


That being said... Hellmouth if it ever gets finished will be sane rate leveling server with high pvp/pve functionality. That's ages off though. (closed beta for FEATURE DEVELOPMENT should be up in like a month. Hoping actual server some time early new years)

hard to get much done on it right now though seeing as I just re-started univ.

I agree 100% with Qonquer has always been good. But it was Better before now the rates are really really low and everyone left :/ usually only about 100 people on and very little of them are helpful with helping noobs. :P

The main reason i don't like all these 255 servers and stuff is because you get 3rd reborn level 255 or w/e in a day. Then your just bored running around pking people. Nothing really fun about it. Qonquer was the best because you leveled fast, but not too fast, you also had to hunt in met zone, get dbs to level up your gear and you felt proud bout it. now every server just gives you bound supers or free +12 with absolutly nothing for you to do.

Well my server is going to be a leveling server when I'm done with it. It's going to have no use for CPs except and it's going to be very similar to Conquer 1.0 but running on a 5305+ client. I have it working on 5305 at the moment but I won't be done for a while. It's going to be like the classic servers but more classic! I look forward to seeing you there if you're interested!

My server is almost ready, more like almost complete, a few things are not added, but the leveling base, monsters, guilds, arena and many others are added. Once I'm done adding what I have in mind, I'll try to get my vps up for 1 last week of testing, and then set it on. The rates will be about x25, no commands(except vips, but they won't have any fancy things), there will be lots of quests, some special house things, and many more. The server patch will be 5199, and later on, once I'm done with every detail, I'll upgrade, so it will be easier to finish everything.
