My bad, win7 apparently needs "http://" infront of the URL, else it load startup + url = invalid, something XP/Vista don't need. Guess it's both a pro and con.

I've always added the "http://" but I never knew that Vista or Xp could go without it. I guess it's better to add the "http://" though because it could get confused with other protocols.
