5165 PServer !HELP! Cant login

I am unable to Login to my 5165 private server.

when u installed Xamp have u set password for mysql? well i think it doesnt matter if u have INI's version :P. And what have u done with Acc file HunterT.usr why u r editing them by notepad o.O.. if u edited that file then u wont login and play on it i think.. and if ur ports ate opened in router then idk :P u can try with hamachi to see if at all possible advice sign
