Appserver & Linux Ubuntu

Hey guys I'm trying to host a 5017 server on Linux (Ubuntu 9.10) and I was wondering if there is appserver for Linux....because I need a reg page...

Also I would like to know (optional) where I can download:
Mysql
Mysql-GUI tools
Navicat

I don't need these (i think) but I want the appserver if there is any


BTW How do I put a backup (.sql) file into mysql ?

Are you sure appserver is working with LINUX?...it is a win32 application... linux does not have such thing that executes .exe/.msi files..it's all through commands

Hey Leute Hat von euch schon mal jemand S4 mit Wine auf Linux zum laufen gebracht? Nach der Website von Wine funktionierten die alten Patches noch (10...14) Wenn ich es selber versuche startet der Patcher, kommt der Ladevorgang von X-Trap undsoh und dann startet aber nich S4Client.exe.. Liegt das an S4, weil es nich kompatibel is, oder kanns an was andrem liegen? Fänds klasse wenn ich das da zum laufen krieg *_* mfg, Waldi

hi mitteinander, ich hba jetz Linux. Nun, jetzt habe ich ein Problem. Ich will Aion installieren. Es würde gehen, wenn da nicht dieser verflixte NCSoftLauncher ist. Ich habe den installiert doch er öffnet sich nicht. Also das ganze sieht dan so aus: ich start die exe ganz normal. Es ladet. Dann... unten in der taskleiste steht das der Launcher am starten ist. Un dann... NICHTS. Naja er kann halt nicht starten. Wie dem auch sei, ich wollte euch frgagen ob ihr villeicht nicht eine Linux...

Moinsen, ich will vll. von XP auf Ubuntu umsteigen oder auch beide OS auf dem Notebook drauf haun damit ich nach Lust und Laune switchen kann. Wollt mal wissen ob wer von euch schon paar Erfahrungen mit Ubuntu gemacht hat, von einem Freund der dies jetzt als Haupt OS nutzt weiß ich das es angeblich schneller laufen soll und man an sich keine Software probleme hat. So das sogar WoW ohne iwelchen Einstellungen läuft. Habt ihr es drauf und falls ja seid ihr damit zufrieden ?
